APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC.

1. Who we are

APS is the website brand of AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. and recruits only for its own positions. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through automationpersonneljobs.com and related business and candidate communications.

For privacy questions, email [email protected].

2. Information you provide

We receive the information you choose to submit when you contact APS or sign up for APS Job Alerts. The information depends on the form or conversation.

The website does not provide a resume-upload field. If you later provide a resume or other recruitment information directly to APS, we use it in the recruitment context described in our Candidate Privacy Notice. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, identity documents, medical records, or other sensitive information in website message fields.

  • Contact inquiries: name, email, optional phone number, whether you are a candidate or other contact, and your message.
  • Job Alerts: first name, mobile phone number, preferred location, job interests, and your separate SMS consent. You may also provide an email address, work preference, or schedule preference.
  • Recruitment correspondence: resume details, employment history, education, skills, location, availability, work eligibility, and related candidate communications when you provide them for a recruitment purpose.
Read the Candidate Privacy Notice

3. Website and consent records

The server records submission times and uses technical information, including IP addresses, to protect website forms. Job Alert consent records retain the IP address, browser user-agent information, source page, available referrer, relevant policy links, and the version, text snapshot, and integrity hash of the consent disclosure. A campaign source may be recorded when it is supplied with the form.

These records help us document your request, maintain consent evidence, investigate abuse, and respect opt-out choices. We do not place mobile numbers, resumes, or SMS consent information in advertising or analytics events.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand candidate preferences, assess potential recruitment opportunities, and administer our website and communications. We use submitted job preferences and affirmative marketing SMS consent records to manage the optional APS Job Alerts program, send marketing SMS promoting only APS’s own open positions within the consented scope, keep subscription choices accurate, and record delivery or opt-out events when messaging is used.

We may also use information to protect our systems, investigate suspicious submissions, resolve disputes, comply with applicable requirements, and maintain business records. A general contact inquiry does not enroll you in promotional marketing SMS.

5. Recruitment information and service providers

APS uses candidate information to evaluate applications and inquiries for its own positions. We do not recruit on behalf of third-party employers, provide candidate lists to other companies for recruitment, or sell candidate information. Necessary service providers may process relevant information on APS’s behalf to support these functions.

We may use providers that host the website, operate databases, support business communications, or deliver requested messages. They receive information needed to support those functions and are not authorized by APS to use SMS opt-in records for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a lawful business transaction subject to applicable protections.

6. SMS information is not marketing inventory

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliate marketers for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is specific to APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. and is not transferred to other companies or brands for independent marketing messages. We do not use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists for the APS Job Alerts program. Necessary messaging providers may process mobile information only to support the program and related consent or opt-out administration.

7. Your choices and requests

You can browse opportunities and contact APS without subscribing to texts. Reading a policy or providing a phone number in a contact form is not SMS consent. Career marketing SMS enrollment requires a separate, affirmative choice using an unchecked-by-default checkbox that explicitly discloses the marketing purpose.

Reply STOP to an APS Job Alerts message to opt out. END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE are also recognized opt-out keywords. You may also use the subscription controls on the Job Alerts page or contact [email protected] for help. We retain a limited suppression record to avoid sending further Job Alerts to an opted-out number.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask about privacy rights available under the law that applies to you. We may need to verify your identity and request details before acting. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, consent evidence, security, or resolving a dispute. We do not require an SMS subscription to make a privacy request.

8. Storage, retention, and security

Website submissions and subscription records are stored in a server-side database rather than public website files. Access is restricted to people and service providers that need it for the relevant purpose. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including transport encryption and server-side validation, to protect information. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, for an ongoing recruitment or business relationship, and for legitimate recordkeeping, consent, suppression, security, or legal needs. The appropriate period depends on the record and the circumstances; it is not a promise to retain every submission for a fixed period.

9. Cookies and external websites

The website uses a security cookie to help protect form submissions against cross-site requests. Necessary security and request-handling technology is used to operate the site. This website does not include advertising trackers or a third-party behavioral analytics service.

Links may take you to external service-provider or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices and terms apply to information you submit there. Review their policies before sharing information.

10. Children and location of processing

This website is intended for work-related and business use in the United States. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by necessary service providers. Applicable privacy protections may differ by location.

11. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where required. A policy update does not, by itself, expand the subject matter or sender covered by an existing SMS consent. Existing non-marketing opt-ins do not automatically authorize promotional marketing SMS; fresh valid consent is required if the purpose changes.
