1. Program and operator
APS Job Alerts is an optional promotional SMS program operated by AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. under the APS brand. Users who expressly opt in may receive recurring marketing messages promoting only APS’s own open positions relevant to their submitted interests. This is a MARKETING program; Job Alerts is its feature name.
The program is specific to APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. All promoted roles are employment with APS. We do not promote third-party employer positions or transfer consent to other brands.
2. Online consent
You may request enrollment at automationpersonneljobs.com/job-alerts by providing the required contact and preference information, actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox, and submitting the form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Provide a mobile number that belongs to you or that you are authorized to use, and do not enroll another person without their permission.
Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of employment, job application, or purchase. You can browse opportunities, contact APS, and express interest in a role without signing up for texts. Reading our policies or entering a phone number on a general contact form is not SMS consent.
The enrollment disclosure explicitly identifies recurring marketing and promotional SMS from APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC., variable frequency, potential carrier charges, and STOP and HELP instructions. We record the disclosure and your affirmative choice together with supporting submission information.
3. Frequency and charges
Marketing message frequency varies; there is no fixed monthly message cap. Frequency depends on APS’s open positions, your preferences, and program activity. We do not promise a minimum number of messages, a matching opportunity, or delivery by a particular time.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan, fees, and limitations govern any charges. APS does not control those charges. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to an APS Job Alerts message to opt out. END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE are also recognized opt-out keywords. After the opt-out is processed, the number is marked as opted out and is excluded from further Job Alerts. A final message may confirm your choice.
You may also submit an unsubscribe request using the Job Alerts page or contact [email protected]. We will review other clear requests to stop messages received through our support channels. Do not include unrelated sensitive information with your request.
An opted-out or suppressed number is not automatically re-enrolled by submitting a contact inquiry, or by submitting the enrollment form again. Contact APS if you need help with a previous opt-out. Any later enrollment requires a separate valid consent process.
5. How to get help
Reply HELP to an APS Job Alerts message for program support information. You can also email [email protected] or visit automationpersonneljobs.com/contact.
GET, OK, and YES request details for an already subscribed user; they are not opt-in keywords and never create or restore consent. A details reply may describe a current APS opening; it does not promise a match to a previous message or your preferences. Reply STOP to opt out.
Support is provided by APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time. A support inquiry does not grant permission to restart Job Alerts after an opt-out.
6. Mobile number changes and delivery
Let APS know if your mobile number changes or if you no longer control the number used for enrollment. Do not continue to use another person’s number for the program.
Text delivery depends on carrier support, coverage, device availability, and other factors. Messages may be delayed, unavailable, or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text does not guarantee a job, interview, placement, or employment offer.
7. Privacy and consent records
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliate marketers for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to APS / AUTOMATION PERSONNEL SERVICE, INC. and is not transferred to other companies or brands for independent marketing messages.
Necessary service providers may process mobile information to support requested messaging, security, and subscription management. We retain consent evidence, relevant message events, and limited opt-out records for program administration and applicable recordkeeping needs. Our Privacy Policy provides more detail.
8. Program changes and contact
We may change or end the program or update these terms as permitted by applicable law. We will provide additional notice where required. A change in terms does not, by itself, authorize unrelated messages, another sender, or the reactivation of an opted-out number.
